Ali-E CRM vs HubSpot: which one fits a small business?

HubSpot is one of the best known CRM platforms in the world, and its free CRM is the first stop for many small teams. Ali-E CRM is younger and built for a different job: running the whole small business in one place, not only marketing and sales. Here is an honest look at where each one fits.

What HubSpot does best

HubSpot grew out of inbound marketing, and it shows. Marketing automation, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, SEO tools and a huge ecosystem of integrations and partners are its strengths. The free CRM covers contacts, deals and basic sales tools, and paid hubs for marketing, sales, service and more add depth. For a company whose growth depends on marketing funnels, HubSpot is a strong choice.

Where Ali-E CRM is different

Operations in the same database. Ali-E includes inventory with warehouses and cost price, finance with cash flow, payroll and P&L, and documents with invoices and e-signature. In a HubSpot setup these usually live in separate tools connected through integrations.

An AI that acts. The Ali-E assistant performs actions itself: it creates invoices, shipments, purchases and tasks, and asks for confirmation before anything that moves money. The AI sales manager also replies to clients in Telegram, WhatsApp and Instagram around the clock.

Industry editions. Restaurants, hotels, clinics, retail, auto service, salons, rentals and real estate get ready screens instead of a generic setup.

Messengers first. In markets where clients write in Telegram and WhatsApp rather than by email, Ali-E treats messengers as the main channel.

Pricing approach

HubSpot's free CRM is generous, while paid tiers grow with seats, contacts and the hubs you add, so check HubSpot's website for current prices. Ali-E is completely free during the open beta. Its published plans start with a free plan and go from $29 per month for Starter to $149 for Pro, with a base price per company and cheaper extra seats.

Which one to choose

Choose HubSpot if marketing automation, content and a large integration ecosystem are the center of your business and you already have separate tools for inventory and accounting. Choose Ali-E CRM if you want sales, stock, money and documents in one system, if your clients live in messengers, or if your industry has a ready edition. Because Ali-E is free during the beta, you can run both side by side for a few weeks and decide on real work.

Moving from HubSpot

Ali-E imports contacts and deals from other CRMs, including HubSpot, through CSV or Excel with automatic column mapping. Start with one pipeline and your active clients, and keep the history where it is until you are sure.
