Who's behind Ali-E: Farid's story and why we build this platform
Every product reflects the person who builds it. So before we talk features, we want to tell you who is behind Ali-E and why.
Farid: a product engineer, not a hype seller
Ali-E CRM was founded by Farid — a developer and entrepreneur who watched the same pain for years: small businesses pay for five separate tools that never talk to each other. CRM here, inventory there, finance elsewhere, AI as yet another subscription on top.
Farid isn't the kind of founder who writes decks and hires others to write the code. He designs the architecture, writes the frontend and backend, sets up the database and trains the in-house AI himself. Every feature passed through his hands — and you can feel it in how tightly everything fits together.
Why a CRM with AI at the core
The idea was simple and bold: what if AI isn't bolted on the side, but sits at the center — seeing clients, deals, stock and finance at once, and actually helping instead of spitting generic phrases? That's how 'one AI instead of five subscriptions' was born.
We aren't building 'another CRM' — we're building a business operating system: sales, inventory, documents, finance, reports, calls and websites in one database, with an AI that understands context.
Our principles
Honesty with users. During open beta the product is free, and we say plainly what will become paid and when. No hidden charges.
Depth over checkbox breadth. We push modules to the point where people use them daily, not just pretty screens.
Independence. We're developing our own Ali-E language model to eventually move off third-party providers and keep cost and privacy under control.
Where we're heading
Our goal is for a small company to run its entire business in one window and pay a fraction of what a zoo of tools costs. We're early, the product grows every week, and the best way to shape it is to join the beta and tell us what's missing.
