Call recording with auto-transcription, a short summary and tasks; a weekly AI business digest; a social analyzer with a content plan; client churn prediction; reply generation right in the chat.

Growth and retention

A loyalty and referral program inside the CRM, QR business cards for instant contact capture, a churn radar for timely retention.

Websites and selling online

A full website builder: 18 templates, an online store with a cart, multi-page sites, menus, animations and a custom-code block. Leads and orders land straight in the CRM.

Migration and integrations

A big integrations catalog with filters and import from any CRM/ERP via CSV — moving to Ali-E became easy.
