Why we're building Ali-E: one AI instead of five subscriptions

When we talked to owners of small companies, the same picture kept repeating: five or six open tabs, data that never matched, and a manager manually copying numbers from one tool into another.

The problem isn't features — it's the seams

The CRM market is huge, but almost every product solves just one slice. The CRM doesn't know your stock. The warehouse doesn't know your money. The finance tool doesn't know your clients. And the AI assistant is a separate subscription that sees none of it.

Every seam between tools is lost time, copy errors and extra money. We did the math: a typical CRM + AI + inventory + finance stack easily exceeds $100/mo — before the time spent wiring them together and training staff.

What a 'single core' means in practice

Ali-E CRM isn't another CRM. It's a business operating system where sales, inventory, finance, documents and reports live in one database, with an AI at the center that sees everything at once.

A lead becomes a client, deal and tasks in one click. A shipment instantly reflects in finance and cost of goods. The AI analyst on your dashboard tells you where the cash gap is and which invoices to collect. Nothing to 'sync' — the data was one to begin with.

Why this matters for small business specifically

A large company has integrators and budget to glue a dozen systems together. A small one doesn't. For them a unified platform isn't 'nicer' — it's the only way not to drown in busywork and not to lose money on transfer errors.

Fewer tools means fewer failure points, fewer passwords, less onboarding. One product, one login, one source of truth.
