Ali-E CRM is a cloud business platform (CRM, sales, inventory, documents, finance and team tools) available at app.aliecrm.com and in our mobile app. The service is operated by Ali-E CRM, Inc., a Delaware (USA) C Corporation (file no. 5404813).
Account data you provide (name, email, company, password hash); content you create in the product (clients, deals, documents, files, messages); and technical/usage data (device, log and approximate location by IP) needed to run and secure the service.
To provide and maintain the service, authenticate you, sync your data across devices, provide support, ensure security, and — only with your consent — to improve the product. We do not use your data for advertising.
We use essential cookies/local storage for sign-in, language and theme. With consent we may use first-party analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We do NOT sell your data and do NOT share it with data brokers. Data is processed by trusted infrastructure sub-processors (cloud hosting and database) solely to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations.
Data is stored in secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access isolation between companies, and private file storage served via short-lived signed links. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time; on account deletion we remove your content within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

The service operates on cloud infrastructure that may process data in different regions. We apply appropriate safeguards for any cross-border transfer.
The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
