Ali-E CRM leaves beta: what's ready for launch

We promised not "another CRM" but a single system that runs the whole business. After 18 months of development, Ali-E is ready for public launch — and that's not marketing copy, it's the state of the product in production.

What already works

15 modules on one database and one AI layer: CRM and sales, inventory, documents, finance, HR, reports and a toolkit. A lead becomes a deal, the deal becomes an order and a shipment, then a document, a payment and a ledger entry — with no app switching.

The most-requested features shipped in recent weeks: 2-way email inside the CRM (Gmail and Outlook), posting and scheduling to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, an AI sales agent that auto-replies on Telegram, real US payroll (federal + FICA + all 50 states), e-signature with a verifiable audit trail and incoming-VAT tracking, and call diarization with automatic summaries.

Why it's "ready"

Readiness isn't a checklist — it's whether a business can run a full cycle inside one system: acquire a customer, sell, ship, issue documents, get paid, compute taxes and payroll, and see the analytics. All of that is live today on web and the iOS app, in 8 languages including Arabic with RTL support.

What's next

After launch we open the API and an integrations marketplace, add bank feeds with reconciliation, a visual no-code automation builder, advanced analytics with forecasting, and an Android app. Beta users lock in their price forever.

Ali-E stays free during the open beta — you can try it right now, no card and no payments.
