What is Ali-E CRM? The AI business platform explained
Ali-E CRM is a business platform built around a CRM, with an AI assistant that does the work instead of explaining it. Sales, inventory, finance, documents, team and website live on one database. A lead becomes a deal, the deal becomes an order and a shipment, and the payment lands in your reports without copying data between five different services.
Who makes Ali-E CRM
Ali-E CRM is developed by Ali-E CRM, Inc., a Delaware (USA) C corporation founded by Farid, a developer and entrepreneur who spent years watching small businesses glue together separate tools for customers, accounting, stock and paperwork. The product is in open beta: every feature is available and no payments are taken.
What is inside
CRM and sales: a kanban pipeline with your own stages, client and contact cards, tasks, calendar and projects. A lead converts into a client and a deal in one click, and the whole conversation history stays attached.
AI sales manager: the built-in AI answers clients in Telegram, WhatsApp and Instagram around the clock, qualifies the lead using your knowledge base and tone of voice, and hands the conversation to a person at the right moment.
Inventory: receipts, shipments, transfers between warehouses, write-offs and stock audits, with cost price, margin and ABC analysis. Stock moves together with sales.
Finance: transactions, accounts, cash flow, payroll and P&L, plus a 360° view of the balance, receivables and the deal forecast.
Documents: invoices, acts and contracts generated from templates with auto-filled details, PDF export, e-signature and a document scanner with automatic cropping.
Reports: 13 ready-made reports, from sales and RFM analysis to employee KPIs and P&L, and a builder for your own. A weekly AI digest sums up what happened in the business.
Team and security: five roles with module-level permissions, departments with heads, and data isolation for every company at the database level (row-level security).
Also included: video calls with recording and AI summaries, a no-code website and online store builder, loyalty points and referrals, a collaborative whiteboard, a social media analyzer and US sales tax for all 50 states and DC.
Industry editions
On top of the core there are eight ready editions for restaurants, hotels, clinics, retail, auto service, salons, rentals and real estate. Instead of configuring a blank CRM for months, you get the screens and words your team already uses: tables and a QR menu, rooms and folios, patients and appointments.
An AI that does the work
Most assistants in business software answer "how do I create an invoice?" with three steps you already knew. The Ali-E assistant has more than a hundred actions it performs itself: it creates invoices, shipments, purchases and tasks, finds a client and builds a report. For anything that moves money it asks for your confirmation first. Answers come from your own records, not from general knowledge.
Where it runs
Ali-E CRM works in the browser at app.aliecrm.com, as an iPhone app on the App Store and as a desktop app for Windows. All of them work on the same data in real time. The interface is available in eight languages: English, Russian, German, Spanish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Arabic with full right-to-left support, and Chinese.
How much it costs
During the open beta everything is free and no card is required. The published plans are a free plan, Starter at $29 per month, Business at $79 and Pro at $149, priced per company with inexpensive extra seats, and industry editions as optional add-ons. Beta users keep their terms after launch.
How to start
Create an account at app.aliecrm.com, add your company and move one process first, usually leads and deals. Import contacts from a spreadsheet or another CRM through CSV or Excel, connect a messenger and let the AI take the first replies. Everything else can be switched on when you need it.
