One-button recording
In an Ali-E video call (built on LiveKit) there's a 'Record' button. It captures the whole conversation — your voice and the participants'. Participants see a recording indicator; it's transparent.
AI transcription
After the call the recording is automatically transcribed to text. Many languages are supported — you get a full transcript without manual work.
Summary and action items
From the transcript the AI writes a short summary (what was agreed) and extracts concrete tasks. You can add each task to the CRM in one click — or all at once.
Why it matters for the team
Managers stop taking notes during the call and actually listen to the client. The manager sees what was really discussed. No agreement is lost, and tasks go straight into work.
