Sign right in the system
Open the document, draw or type a signature, pick a color, drag it where you need and lock it. For PDFs the signature is placed on the page; for images too. The date and a hash are saved for integrity.
A 'phone-like' scanner
The scanner captures pages with the camera, finds the sheet edges and crops by perspective, improves readability and assembles a multi-page PDF. The finished document can be signed or archived immediately.
Everything connected
Signed and scanned documents land in the shared Documents section and link to clients and deals. No hunting for a file across email and messengers.
