Loyalty and referral program inside the CRM
Acquiring a new client costs more than keeping an existing one. So we added tools that drive repeat sales and referrals — right inside the CRM.
Points and tiers
Award clients points for purchases, track balances and tiers (bronze, silver, gold, platinum). Redeem points as a discount. The full transaction history is visible on the client card.
Referral system
Every client gets their own referral code. The invited person becomes a lead, and the referrer is rewarded with points automatically. Word-of-mouth becomes a measurable channel.
Why in the CRM, not separate
Loyalty only works when it sees purchases and clients. In a separate service you'd sync it by hand. Here it's tied to sales and contacts from day one.
