Who's online and busy: employee status, geolocation and a team activity report

To manage a team, an owner needs facts, not feelings. We added live presence and a detailed activity report.

Online status and city

In the 'Team' section you can see who's online right now (via the app's live heartbeat), with a country flag and city detected by IP next to each person. Handy for distributed teams.

Team activity report

The new report shows per employee: active time and a breakdown by section (where and how long they worked), how many leads were handled, tasks completed, messages sent and calls made. Filter by period — today, 7 or 30 days.

Per employee, department and team

Metrics roll up by department and across the whole company, so you see both individual performance and the overall workload.

Activity transparency helps you judge contribution fairly and spot overload or idle time in time. Find the report under 'Reports'.
